Join us for an uncommon epicurean adventure on the beautiful island of Martinique. Steeped in history, Martinique's cuisine is a marriage of French and Creole with a wealth of exciting Indian and African influences. Our 6 day/5 night tour will have us sampling foie gras, fish curry and a wealth of dishes that will delight any foodie. There will be a market visit, a cooking demonstration and a tour of the 18th century Clement distillery combined with a tasting of the world's best rum. We will be guided by food and travel writer Chantal Martineau and eat, drink - and learn, with lots of time left over to sit under palm trees, sip Ti Punch and enjoy the gorgeous beaches.
