Tour de Forks is pleased to participate in ASTA's International Destination EXPO (IDE) in Istanbul, Turkey (April 19-23, 20010) We will be presenting a course on Turkish Cuisine and Culinary Travel in conjunction with renowned Turkish culinary expert and historian, Engin Akin. We are pleased to present an exciting new culinary adventure to South Africa's Cape Town & Winelands - and on to the Great Karoo. Guided by Michelin starred Chef Anita Lo, we'll explore gorgeous Cape Town and interact with the country's foodie icons: Cass Abrahams, the mother of Cape Malay cuisine, and chef/restaurateur Bruce Robertson. And we'll meet the whales in Hermanus and the Jackass Penguins at Boulder Beach. The dining will be varied and exceptional and paired with this country's amazing wines.
