Tour de Forks Offers Uncommon Epicurean Adventures
What's an Uncommon Epicurean Adventure? We define it as the exploration of a destination - and the discovery of its history, culture and people - through its cuisine. Let us introduce you to the best regional food at its source. You'll meet local chefs, artisanal producers who employ time-honored traditions, visit farms, orchards, markets and vineyards, cook - and of course, eat. Each adventure will be nicely seasoned with the inclusion of iconic sites and special places.

We are pleased to present an exciting new culinary adventure to South Africa's Cape Town & Winelands - and on to the Great Karoo. Guided by Michelin starred Chef Anita Lo, we'll explore gorgeous Cape Town and interact with the country's foodie icons: Cass Abrahams, the mother of Cape Malay cuisine, and chef/restaurateur Bruce Robertson. And we'll meet the whales in Hermanus and the Jackass Penguins at Boulder Beach. The dining will be varied and exceptional and paired with this country's amazing wines.
